I rode my bike a lot yesterday, and by the end of the day I could tell that going up hills was easier, not such a struggle for breath. Building on that, I'm about to update software and have to restart, so I'll close the ibook (!!!) and head to the gym for some gentle yoga and very light weight work.
Had breakfast early this am: soup and rice, good. Will make fresh juice when I get back from the gym, and figure out a salad after today's batch of meetings. Tonights the blogger meetup, so back to the Pink Cow: I'm sure I'll have quesadillas and cranberry juice again.
